The whole process was straightforward—picked this add-on at checkout, sent my design, and it showed up stitched exactly where I wanted it. The stitching itself is clean and tight, no loose threads after a week of daily use.

Uploaded the logo file and the preview came back exactly right, stitch placement was spot-on. The turnaround was quicker than the estimate too, so I’m pretty stoked about how this collar turned out.

Penelope U. ★★★★★

Had a pretty specific design in mind and the option to add custom embroidery made it easy to get exactly what I wanted. The hidden config listing worked flawlessly—no confusing steps, just picked my text and checked out.
